Shipping and Handling
The customer is responsible for all freight charges. The Marco Company will work to ship your order using the most appropriate method and carrier. The Marco Company will prepay and add freight charges to the invoice. Our customer Service Department will track shipments, provide freight quotes, and proofs of delivery. International shipping is available to most countries. Please provide the United States export forwarder information when placing the order. This includes the name, address, and phone number. Shipping does not include inside delivery. All customers are responsible for uploading from the carriers’ tailgate. Anyone with special delivery requirements should include instructions at the time of ordering.
A 20% restocking fee is applicable on most in-stock orders. The Marco Company will arrange for credit, exchange, or a refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-356-2848 or your sales representative. Custom and Special Orders cannot be returned and are not refundable.
The Marco Company takes great care in packaging every order, so that it arrives at in good condition. When the customer signs the delivery receipt, ownership and all responsibility for all unreported damages transfer to that customer. Before accepting any shipment from The Marco Company please open and inspect every item BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to note any damages on the delivery receipt. If damage is discovered, please notify the carrier immediately and request an inspection as the inspection must be done prior to filing a damaged freight claim. While The Marco Company is not responsible for the cost of replacement materials or freight expenses for good damaged in transit, we will ship replacement product and bill Customer accordingly pending claim results.
